Comfortable, Warm and Long Lasting

I find this really helpful for neck and shoulder stiffness due to it's comfort and long lasting warmth. I find 1 minute is plenty of time to warm it up. The 1 minute 30 seconds on the packaging is too long for the wattage of my microwave.

Pros

So easy to use. Washable cover. Ties to keep in place.

Cons

Too small to completely cover the area I needed it to cover. It had NO ties to hold in place.
