Our experience with Rokus is that the streaming devices themselves work pretty much and well as advertised, but the remotes are just a nest of failures. Installation in my helmet was very easy. Call and mic quality was surprising to say the least. I have had no complaints from who ever I have called while out on my motorcycle.The only down side is the music capability isn't all that great. Very comfortable and my wife loved it. Used it for a week in the boundary waters. You sink into it a little so might not work if you have wide shoulders. This happens about every other time. The product will not work in my WF 3640 machine. So I have to either reorder and get another or go to the local store (Walmart, Office Depot etc.) and purchase another. This time I decided to find a way to contact somebody about this. I ordered this one in June 29 and delivered in July. I did not have to install it until Aug28 which puts me outside the 30 day refund/return window.
