This happens about every other time. The product will not work in my WF 3640 machine. So I have to either reorder and get another or go to the local store (Walmart, Office Depot etc.) and purchase another. This time I decided to find a way to contact somebody about this. I ordered this one in June 29 and delivered in July. I did not have to install it until Aug28 which puts me outside the 30 day refund/return window. So, I just ordered another one to be here on Wednesday Aug 31. I can only hope this one works. But my gut tells me it probably won't. However, double spending for a product at $35 each is ridiculous and I just wanted somebody to know. I realize this won't go anywhere, but had to tell somebody.Thanks
