All in all it's great. I bought it for my grandma who lives with me. Her room is in back and I worried that I wouldnt hear her or that couldn't reach her phone to call me if she needed help. This works great. I tested her button all over the house. The only thing is I wish it was a bit louder but since it has so many ringtones to choose i found one i liked and was easily heard. Definitely worth getting.

Bought for mom who is in hospice care at home. This one is in addition to a service bell next to her bed in case I’m upstairs busy doing my chores. Easy for her to press some she is already half paralyzed.One suggestion though - the string is little too short in our needs and if there’s a stretchable cord (something like the old fashioned spiral telephone cord) attached will be great.Thank you 🙏 😊

The wireless call device was exactly what was needed. Changing the ring tone is a little challenging probably because we do not have the directions handy. Using the device on a daily basis is a breeze and it is light weight. There are 50+ ring tones which is great because we are getting sick of each ring tone at a rate of every 30 days so we then change the ring tone. If you are looking for a caregiver call button i highly recommend this one.

The product itself is wonderful! However my mom with Dementia never used it. She doesn't understand the concept unfortunately.

Device was hard to open/close to secure the battery. Screwdriver that was provided was a flat head but the tiny screw required a Phillips head. Once it was secured it works great.

Worked well for 3 months and then the receiver stopped producing sound. The transmitter and receiver still light up, but no sound from the receiver using either the transmitter or the manual buttons on the receiver. There is a 3 year warranty but Bitiwend is in China and only lists an address and phone number.

This alert system is just right for our needs. The signal travels successfully through 2 closed doors from one end of the house to the other. Based on the pictures of this system, I was a bit worried that the receiver would have an obnoxious, constant blue light that would disturb my sleep, but that is NOT the case. Bought this for my elderly mother. Very easy to use. The alarm should be louder for the hard of hearing but is loud enough for normal hearing. Working great so far.

The unit works well and as advertised. It is a fairly loud chime very similar to a common doorbell. There is no voice communication, just the chime. However, 12 days in and one of the receiver unit has stopped working. The other receiver continues to work fine.

We like the smallness of the wireless call transmitters and being able to add a 3rd transmitter and 2nd receiver to existing units for additional rooms with the simple installation directly out of the box and next day delivery.

This is a good basic alert system. However, the button is fairly easily pushed accidentally. Also volume is far too low to be heard throughout my small house.

Bought this for our young child who has asthma. When or if she has an attack and cant gt to her rescue inhaler, she can push a button which sends signal to wall siren in our room. Believe me you want this for any child who sleeps by themself and has a pr-existing health condition.

Allowed me to care for my boyfriend after a surgery that kept him down. It tough taking care of someone and still being able to do things around the house! This allowed me to freely come and go from ear shot range and still feel at ease knowing I would hear the alarm if he needed me. Loud enough to hear all over the house and from all floors.
