I like the look and functionality of the paper towel holder. The only criticism is that the rod sags a bit when extended. I wish it was a little more even. No big deal, just preference.

Not photographed, but crooked. That's good, but oh my god, Revain really is from China! Alright, wrong! So mad at myself to the point of getting my husband to hang it up and I would send it back.

Good paper towel holder, unfortunately I have just noticed that the cap on the end of the rod that is in the picture is missing but the one I received was only a pole with threads at the end. They are sending a replacement so hopefully the cap will come with the new one.

I love the look! Wanted something that wasn't on the counter and it works great! Installation was tricky as we placed it under a cabinet that is difficult to access and we needed a piece of wood between the cabinet and the bracket to get the screws through the top but it works well and is sturdy!

The product seems solid but I was disappointed and had to return it as it doesn't fit any of my devices. 3 stars because the product seems to be durable and it would be perfect. -2 stars because the color is wrong and the seller wasted my time.

They fell out of the wall, maybe after a few hours. I even carefully removed the paper towel without moving it. I ruined my drywall and half went to the store to get some heavier gauge screws to hold it to the wall.

Cool piece for an antique or industrial theme. Thick strong tube, very heavy for storing paper towels. But the looks. It is great. If you are drilling wood and using the screws provided, you should pre-drill the holes. You should know this if you install many things in your house. Phillips screws are blunt. They are definitely preparing you for failure or disappointment. Why build a screw that comes out before it goes through the wood? Pre-drill or use Torx screws. It looks good and it's cheap…
