I have only used this about 5 times so far but I really like it. I'm not sure if these truly can help with anything that they claim to help with but they are relaxing. I have used it on 2 different nights on my bed and I actually fell asleep while lying on it. Bought this for my partner who sleeps hot. And for Texas summer, this blanket was great. I was completely surprised. It's cool to the touch, but still has enough weight that it feels cozy. I have this set up on my nightstand and will use it for 30 minutes in the morning while I read or check stuff on my phone.
