I have only used this about 5 times so far but I really like it. I'm not sure if these truly can help with anything that they claim to help with but they are relaxing. I have used it on 2 different nights on my bed and I actually fell asleep while lying on it. Granted, when I woke up awhile later it was a tad unpleasant (since I was asleep and not aware I was on it) when I rolled over.I was concerned thinking my hair would get all tangled in it and then be pulled out by it but it has not. Which was a huge concern of mine.After using it your back will look like it has a really bad sunburn and that you wrestled with some cactus. Though, that will all go away shortly.All in all, I am really glad I purchased this item.
