I used to get tired about diffusers. They need to be refilled very often. But with this nebulizer it's a different story. I've been using the same bottle for more than 2 months, and it still looks full. And I recharge it every month. I love it. Just be sure to use it in large spaces. Worked great at first so I bought another one. Both worked great for around two months then it make’s a horrible sound and nothing comes out. So dissatisfied for the price. Call the company and did all the troubleshooting but it’s a piece of crap. $800 plus oil cost wasted.

Thought I was getting a new product.turns out it has been used or it’s refurbished since I can see the scratches at the base where the buttons are. There are also some wide/thick scratches/lines in the shaft.

It breaks after 6 months-1 year. I purchased 4 diffusers and 2 already broke. After 6 month use. The reason why I purchased so many is because the oils are good and they work well when I’m working mode. The fact is they brake very quickly and not worth the money. My personal opinion is this company rips you off and they know it.

I purchased this machine directly from Aroma Tech. After about 5 uses, it started becoming so loud when it would disperse that I stopped using it. About 6 months later, I pulled it out of my closet where it had sat unused the whole time, thinking I would give 8t another shot since I paid a REDICULOUS amount for it. I have a busy family and a home that sometimes get unwanted scents. We bought this and was amazed at how well it worked. We had the setting at 4 and it was perfect, now months later its at max power and cant smell anything, also makes loud buzzing sound. Very expensive for such a failure.

The fact you can adjust with the app makes this feel so high tech. If you love setting the atmosphere in your place this is a must have.

This diffuser is amazing! My downstairs is very open so the scent travels all through my home. I would suggest a smaller device for bedrooms or choppier areas of your home. For large spaces this works great!

If your diffuser does not work when you plug it in, hold the power button until you hear two beeps. It will reset the pump. Thanks for attention.

Well it doesn’t blue tooth connect and I have to keep it plugged in and the scent stops diffusing after a half minut That's my feedback!

I wanted to like this product. When it's on it works great. However, it keeps shutting off. I have it programed to be on, but it shuts off after several minutes. So, I switched to manual mode and it still shuts off after several minutes. Guess I can use it as an extremely expensive paper weight.

You'd expect to smell the fragrance in a 10x10 room, for this price, right? If you were, this is NOT the device for you. Tried it on level 9 for two days using their oil. Could only smell it if I was within a foot of it. I can't return it fast enough. Very disappointed that I purchased this in the first place.
