The material seems decent enough padding for a laptop, but I would still be careful carrying it. Didn't test the water resistance, felt like it might actually be a bit absorbant on the outside, but the inside is lined like a weatherproof bag or jacket. Based on my experience these skates are not worth the price. The leather exterior is susceptible to scratches and tears, and the adjustable sizing mechanism feels flimsy. While they are comfortable and provide decent stability, I would not recommend them for frequent use. .See full review

As I have gotten older I have noticed that my hair is losing some of its body. Just giving it a quick towel dry is no long working on my hair. So I bought a hair dryer and a round brush. Overall I love it! I wish it didn’t snap in the back and was actually a lace up but I can see why some would love it. I recommend putting the belt on backwards and snapping it up front the front and then sliding it back around so it doesn’t snap open from the tension while you are trying to put it on behind your back. Should have done this a long time ago. There are a snap to install. The ability to select the brightness is a big plus. I bought 24 (2 boxes) of these lights, installed them in kitchen, bathrooms, living rooms, and hall ways, and was able to vary the brightness accordingly.
