EXTRA STAR FOR COOL DESIGN* SHOULD ACTUALLY BE ONE STAR.Worked wonderfully for the first six days then poof all of a sudden it barely emitted any vapors at all. Followed the product guidelines for troubleshooting/cleaning and no such luck. Ebay sent a replacement which performed exactly the same as the six day old model I sent back. almost no vapor being emitted whatsoever. Could only smell scent if I stood right above the unit. Super bummed about this product. I so badly wanted to love it. Sleek design, heavy duty construction and not loud. Feels like AromaTech has released this product to the general public well before they've finished with their "Market Research" phase. Seems to be happening a lot nowadays. Why are these companies making us pay top dollar for a product which isn't ready to be released yet? Surreptitiously making us the unwitting guinea pigs for their troubleshooting phases of production and release to the buying public is sneaky and unacceptable. Suffice to say, I'm returning a second unit and not getting a replacement until someone from the manufacturer contacts me with an apology and explanation. Shame on AromaTech for wasting my valuable time and making me do their dirty work!PS BUYER BEWARE Be suspicious because it seems as if AromaTech is sending out "Rebuilt" models at full price rather than brand new units. They'll try and make it your fault and claim that you're not using the proper base oil and/or that you've not cleaned it properly. NONSENSE!
