It seems to help my mood
I have this set up on my nightstand and will use it for 30 minutes in the morning while I read or check stuff on my phone. I got this after my doctor recommended looking into light therapy due to worse depression in the winter and I do seem to experience a boost in my mood when I make sure to use it daily.It is so bright, wow. It lights up the room better than our overhead light does. It is bulky though, it takes up most of my nightstand.
