We didn't want a product with a subscription and calls to outside organizations. We wanted to know if the person falls and we don't hear it. The range covers our house, both floors, so that's good. We're pleased so far.

I bought this SOS device in case my partner was either in the garage or outside and needed my help and all that was needed was the push of a button. We only tested it for outside at 70 ft range and it worked loud and clear. The same for the garage. The frequency penetrated through 2 doors and a wall. We agreed this button would only be used for something urgent. For the price it is good product to have.

I would have liked it to be louder but it will still work for the purpose of waking up someone in anothe room at night or as a call button for another part of the house.

I used this product when taking care of my terminally ill grandmother and it worked so well. We could take it to any room in the house to ensure that she could always get what she needed when she needed it even in the middle of the night. The different sound settings and volume control were a great added bonus.

bought to take care of my grandma because she is high risk for a stroke. adds peace of mind if she needs me I'm a button press away. just wish it would have more of a buzzing sound than silly songs.
