I purchased this product so I could have peace of mind, and so far, that’s what I have gotten! My elderly father lives with us and he has been falling several times a week, mostly at night when I cannot hear him to help. So I did some research and found this device and so far it’s working perfect! It was incredibly easy to set up, has so many ring tones to choose from, and you can easily change the volume. Now at night (or whenever my father is in the house) he can wear the SOS pendant and if he falls he can page me. We live in a bungalow with thick, plaster walls and we get a signal through the entire house. This product has given me peace of mind and I’m thankful I found it!
