I through out instructions by mistake. Could not figure how to change ringtone (volume is easy), contacted revain support on Sunday evening and they had to contact manufacturer how emailed me back the directions the same Sunday evening. Very impressed by service and product is an amazing value.

Bought this system as a way for elderly parent to get our attention from another part of the house when needed help or in an emergency. Not too hard to program or pair. Really liked the option of the pendant style and/or the wrist style. Both have come in handy. Very easy to set up and figure out how to use. Goes off every time you hit the button. Used this for my 96 year old grandma. Had the alarm in our room so if there was an emergency at night, we could get us. I’d recommend this to anyone. Works great.

Figures two days after the return window closes, it malfunctions. The nightlight keeps flashing and won't turn off, and it doesn't reset when holding the down the forward button like the instructions say. The chime is also going off even though the buttons aren't being pressed.

My 13 year old daughter has multiple medical needs and is unable to speak. This wristband call light has been wonderful. She wears it each night and calls us if she needs to be turned or suctioned. I just wish the tunes it plays were better. The sounds are kind of obnoxious.

My mother did not want to pay for a service each month, but as our bedrooms are at opposite ends of a large house, I was worried about not hearing her if she needed me in the night. This works so great. I plugged the receiver into an outlet in my bedroom, and she has the alert necklace. When she gets up to go to the bathroom she can push the button if she needs me. We have had several alert systems like this one and most of the time the signal is not reliable from our guest room to our master bedroom, but this product is the exception. Worked great for one month then speaker gave out and now it has no sound. Requested replacement and I have not gotten any response. This is a very much needed item for an elderly patient.

We purchased this system for my elderly father so that he could alert my hearing impaired mother that he needed assistance. They absolutely loved it. My dad had fun showing off his new device to visitors and my mother could hear it throughout the house. He had no problems pressing the button to get it to work. Plug and play, couldn't be easier to set up.

Revived the device, two transmitter and two receivers, but unfortunately only one of the receivers worked. When I plug it into an outlet it didn't power up. Tried the pairing instructions as written in the manel with no luck. That is unfortunate because the other receiver and transmitter works fine, just the additional receiver is a dud.

My husband is bedridden and it was always aggravating when I couldn't hear him from another room. Now he just pushed the button and I can hear it anywhere in the house. I love it!
