I can now rest easy. MY wife has COPD and sleeps in an upper lever beddroom. I am hard of hearing and when she needs me she can signal me with the alert.

As advertised, it has many choices for sounds, the range is great, right thru concrete walls. This device can put your mind at rest and it can get loud enough to wake anyone up. And it was delivered ahead of schedule.

This alarm works great, has great range and can be very useful HOWEVER it's extremely annoying when you plug it in it goes DING DONG DING DONG really loud. You may think this is no big deal but wait until the electricity goes out in the middle of the night and when it comes back on this thing goes DING DONG DING DONG extremely loudly. Yeah, it's a dealbreaker.

This is exactly what I was looking for. It works just as described and it requires almost no effort to get into service and it’s nice and loud so that it’s no trouble to hear even with my hearing!

Ii bought this for my 80 yrs old mom.I put one in the restroom and bedroom. I am please with different sounds it makes. It loud enough you can low as you please. The only thing was difficult was trying to pick the right sound

The bell is in the front of the apartment where my stepdad is, who is also hard of hearing. The call button is in the bedroom where my mom is. It works perfectly for the purpose of getting his attention when she needs help.Update: I think it's been about 2 years? this thing still works like a charm!

Unit arrived with battery dead in "watch" unit". Button on watch unit takes a purposeful push to activate. This may end end being a deal breaker. Will try it for a week, but suspect it may have to be returned. Would also be nice if pendants were smaller.

So so so helpful for me taking care of my mother on Hospice! Game changer for her being able to communicate with us. The doorbell cannot be customized.

Great device for elderly mother, she liked the watch transmitter and put it right on. She didn’t want a pendant, said it was for old people. With two receivers, we have one in LR and one in our MBR. The two button transmitters are beside her bed and in the bathroom. You can set different ring tones for each transmitter which is nice to know if she’s in her room or someplace else in house. No more yelling or worry she might need someone’s help. Very satisfied customer.

This works great for my grandmother as she can ring for me if I’m in a different part of the house. I will say changing the chimes was a little difficult and if you changed electrical sockets or the power went out it would revert back to the factory chime

This product works as advertised. We have it installed in a large 3 story home and can hear the alarm though out the home. My mom has no problem pushing the button on the wrist or neck fob.

The product was great. I can move the volume piece outside where I can hear my mom and I'm not restricted to the house. Thanks for attention!

Works well enough in our condo for my wife who is undergoing treatment. Haven't had to change batteries yet. That's my feedback.

We're using this setup - two alarms and two call buttons - for a disabled person to alert caregivers that help is needed. We had been using a wireless doorbell, but the range did not reach all areas of the property. This system has the additional range that the battery-operated system did not. We've been using it for several months with no complaints.
