UPDATE:I'm updating my review a year+ later to speak to the performance. This is not a terrible beginner heat press. I've used this on tons of products over the past 16 months since I've had it and its done me well. I am now at a point where I am going to size up my business so I'll likely be getting a 20x25" or a 16" x 24" next year. I still have not used the heat press or the hat press.The mug press (that I have used extensively) has just crapped out and I can no longer open it up or close it

Shipping was as stated. The package came as listed and all parts worked and were in good order. Yet, as others had posted, there are no real directions on how to use it or the digital temp gauge. You have to figure it out on your own. I was good with that, as I expected that from the reviews online in different places. No instructions, it is pretty easy to figure out BUT some instructions would be nice. You get what you pay for . I have done probably 50 projects with it so far and I can't seem to figure out the correct pressure. As much as I hated using the cricut easy press, I am finding that I am still using it. The temp is constantly fluctuating. I set it, and it'll go up or go down and it hardly is ever at the temp I need it to be. Yes, my outlet is fine.

It took me a while to decide which heat press to buy. I researched the best ones and knew I wanted one with different attachments to allow for multiple projects. I have had my press for about 6 months and it is great!. I admit I haven't tried the other attachments yet. The only thing I don't like is that for bigger projects this particular press is too small. But that's a sizing issue and not the machine's fault. If your doing small household projects this is the machine for you!

Once I figured out how to use this product, it was fantastic. The directions are pretty much non-existent but there are several videos online that individuals have done that made it easy to use. Make sure you are using it on a sturdy surface because it is somewhat heavy and when you press down the table needs to be able to handle the weight and the pressure. The t-shirt press is super easy to use. Working on doing mugs next. I use with my sublimation ink printer for that.

My husband got me a Silhouette Cameo 3 last Christmas. By noon that same day I was searching for a heat press. By Saturday, after my first trip to a vinyl supply store, I placed my order. And I have put that thing to task over the past year or so. Yesterday I literally made a new shirt in 15 minutes, from image tracing to cutting to pressing and wearing it out the door. Pressure and heat are both even. Attachments have gotten plenty of use. Great value.

DO NOT BUYNever worked since the day it was received. Tried reaching out to the supplier for trouble shooting and initially they were helpful but after multiple attempts the unit was still not working. I finally hit a point that I asked for either my money back or a new unit to exchange it for and they informed me that it was past the point of return and refused to give me back my money for a faulty unit.

My wife started her own business and has loved having this! She was when she started out using an iron to make shirts and it not only hurt her neck and hands doing it but she just didn't feel like she was getting the best seal. My timer doesnt work! Such a very important feature to this heat press! Ahhhh what am i going to do. and no i refuse to use an extra timer.Took me a bit to figure out out to put it together. I bought this in November to make it easier to decorate shirts (both vinyl and sublimation). The heat press is very easy to use. Easy set-up. Just take it out of the box, plug it in and you're ready to go! I haven't used any of the attachments yet, but I've used the heat press for shirts a lot since I received it. The press worked fine as far as heating things goes. There is a nut where the top thing that makes it clamp down attaches to the top plate. It is very difficult to tighten because it’s in an awkward spot. It CONSTANTLY came loose and needed to be tightened at least once with every use of the machine. When it got loose, the top hung lower and could be difficult to move on and off of the item without catching what I was pressing and wrinkling it up, moving it, or otherwise messing it up. So the…

I absolutely love this heat press an all the accessories it's easly Installed an for the amount of money you send completely worth EVERY penny! I have my own business doing shirts hats an tumblers! I have made 100+ shirts with this machine so far. It’s been easy to use and work with.The instruction book is less than helpful, but it’s not super difficult to figure out. The thing that held me up for a minute was attaching the plate to the temperature box, that was no where in the instructions.I would buy it again. I have not used any of the plates other than the shirt plate.

I received the heat press in a very reasonable time frame as promised by Revain. After reading some reviews I was kinda skeptical but decide to give it a try. First. the box wasn't damaged at all and all the contents were packed in pre-formed styrofoam resulting in very little shifting if any of parts and accessories. I have owned this press for a few months now. I was a bit skeptical at first but must be honest. This thing is great! It heats very evenly and has a lot of features I would only expect on the higher end models.

I have gotten used the machine but I was very disappointed in the size of it! I almost returned it but then thought of the shipping charges and decided to stick it out.
