I received the heat press in a very reasonable time frame as promised by Revain. After reading some reviews I was kinda skeptical but decide to give it a try. First. the box wasn't damaged at all and all the contents were packed in pre-formed styrofoam resulting in very little shifting if any of parts and accessories. Secondly putting it together took about 15 mins. Putting it together consisted of putting the temp/timer control box on the main upright post, which it slides on a pre-mounted mount and screwing the cable from the heat press top plate into its detonated spot and screwing the four hard plastic foot pads into the bottom. Third like everyone else said the directions are sketchy but after reading them a couple times you can figure them out. The main thing to figure out is setting the desired temperature and time for the count down timer. We have used the press to do about 20 cloth tote bags with logos and a couple sweaters for our daughters initials on them. I did have to take and foam exercise mat (looks like a puzzle piece) and cut it to fit under it because it would slide around on our table when we rotate the top around. the bottom tray does slide out witch is very convenient, however there is no stop so it takes a few pulls to figure out the sweet spot to stop. I haven't used any of the accessories yet so I cant give any incite or speak on them. The press and accessories are all built very well and seem very durable. For a beginner this press is simple to use and has done what we needed it to do thus far. Having no prior experience or nothing to compare to I personally like it and would recommend it.
