Shipping was as stated. The package came as listed and all parts worked and were in good order. Yet, as others had posted, there are no real directions on how to use it or the digital temp gauge. You have to figure it out on your own. I was good with that, as I expected that from the reviews online in different places. However, the main issue is that when you turn it on, it puts a very toxic smell in the air that is unbearable. It created headaches for my family within about 30 mins. I'm not even sensitive to smells but this was just unbearable. Go figure, it was made in China. I am having to ship the item back because of it. If you can handle the smell, it's a great machine.UPDATED REVIEW:I emailed the seller who not only accepted the machine back and paid for the shipping (with no re-shelving costs), but they have put a warning on their description showing the issues with the toxic smell. Additionally, they are looking for safer materials and alternative supplies in their manufacturing process. As for changes to the packaged directions/written product guide, they have informed me they are working on a new product guide. To have a company accept the issues with a product, agree to make changes to their marketing ad to clearly inform customers of the safety issues with their product and follow up with me from another country on a regular basis (China), is more than what most companies would do to make sure one customer is satisfied.I have decided to change my review for the following reasons: 1) the product was high quality 2) the product came well packaged and included exactly what they offered on their ad 3) the seller has gone well beyond typical customer service and is attempting to make positive changes to their product and 4) the seller paid for shipping back to them, gave an immediate refund and didn't charge reshelving fees to me, but they could have as this was explained in their shipping/return information advertised. However, I have still only given this a 4 star rating due to the fact that the product is still toxic in nature.
