Easy to use works great. This is nice size and lightweight so can carrying anywhere anytime. Follow directions and you shouldn’t have any problems. Pieces attach easy . Steam comes nice warm powerful. So much helping to moisturize the skin . I really glad got this facial steamer .

This steamer offers a very short lib steam time with a low steam stream. If you are looking to really open your pores to deeply cleanse them, this is not the machine for you. The stream of steam is just not strong enough with the short length of time that the machine pushes the steam out. Easy to use, and assemble, but I was expecting steam like it is shown on the picture and it did not happen when I used it.

I've tried a few facial steamers, and I was pretty excited about this one. I was planning to leave a five star review, but when I pulled the water tank out to refill it, I realized there was a pool of standing water inside the back end of the device, which shouldn't be happening. I'd screwed the lid on the tank tightly before insertion, and it's not leaking at all, so this appears to be a design flaw. I don't know why, but between last year and this year, I have had the worst allergy issues of my life. Someone over the winter told me that they used a facial steamer to help with nasal congestion and they swore by it. So, I decided to try it. Wow. I still have to take my daily 24 hour allergy pill, but for instant relief before going to bed, this is my go to and I have it now part of my nightly routine. This face steamer works great! I work for a dermatology office and know the benefits of using steam when performing a facial or just to clean the face in general. This steamer is easy to use. It produces a lot of steam and leaves my face feeling super clean.

Broke after the first use. It worked good with good steam for 10 minutes, but when I was ready to clean it I couldn't get the canister out without it breaking into peices.

This is a nice, easy to use facial steamer. Fill the water tank, flip the switch and about 45 seconds later you are ready for your facial. The steamer lasted about 15 minutes with a full water tank. This is an easy to use unit. Only 1 switch. The nozzle is adjustable. The body of the unit is easy to wipe down and keep clean. Overall this is a nice easy to use facial steamer.
