I purchase this dry brushing set to participate in a lymphatic challenge. I found the long handle a little cumbersome to use but you definitely need to be able to reach your back, so it just takes a little time to get used to the length.The bristles are soft enough to not tear your skin but firm enough to help massage the skin to assist with lymphatic drainage. I appreciated the instructions on how to brush to be most effective.

I decided to do a 10 day Ayurvedic cleanse with my yoga studio here in LA. Dry brushing was suggested by the cleanse leader. Since i had never really done this before I was not sure where to purchase my brush. I picked the Belula brush based on aesthetics and the price. I am VERY happy with my purchase. I just received this dry brush today, and it is very nicely packaged. It appears to be a very nice quality product. I purchased it primarily because I wanted natural bristles. I'm not sure what type of wood it is made of. The wood handle and brushes have a nice satin finish on the wood part. Amazing brushes! I have noticed a big differences in my skin after only a few uses. They are easy to hold. The brushes are firm enough to get the job done but not so firm that they hurt. I lost a few bristles in the beginning, but after washing the brushes they stopped shedding. I love that this product came with instructions on how to dry brush each part of the body. I am extremely pleased with these dry brushes. When I first started dry brushing I didn’t know any better and purchased a synthetic brush. I can’t believe the difference from that brush to this. Love it! Totally easy de-stresser and energizer, with options to make softer. I personally love how stiff but not too "scratchy" the bristles are. Comes with an easy to read diagram too showing the directions for brushing each area. The smaller brush is prefect for certain areas and curves and the option to detach the head from the long handle allows me to put more pressure on certain areas. A must have for your bathroom!

First I thought the longer brush would be too soft. I have a set of German brushes with shorter handles. But the brush - also the other ones - are surprisingly easy to use, effective and create the feeling of well being expected.

This is a quality product. It includes a long handled brush that can be converted into a hand held brush. Along with this there is a small-head brush for using on smaller surface areas like the face, etc. A pair of exfoliating gloves are included but they are a bit too small and tight for my hands and I have only used them once. I absolutely love this brush! I've tried other brushes, but they break or the bristles go soft. The Belula brush feels really good on the skin-even the first time you use it. I've used mine for 2 weeks now and its a great exfoliating brush. I would definitely recommend this Belula brush!

It can slip off if you move it wrong but this has not been a huge issue for me and is simple enough to slip back on. This dry brush set is really nice. It comes beautifully packaged and also comes with a nice storage bag. The bristles feel very nice against the skin. I use the big brush without the handle for an all-over dry brushing experience, but the handle is nice for reaching the back areas. I love the little brush also.
