4 stars due to the lack of instructions. In today's age an easy insert or a YouTube video is essential for a DIY product. There are no instructions to line up the bricks. FYI, the pattern repeats itself every 9th row of brick. When aligning the 2nd strip on the wall, leave 3 rows of bricks offset from the 8 row pattern. I had a professional cabinet maker install these and he really struggled with it and took him about an hour. You have make sure to get a screw that fully counter-sinks and doesn't come "above" the sink as you then have to put screws through the bottom and get pass the heads of screws. NOTE: In my case we had to do the top shelf first or we couldn't have gotten a screw through after putting in the lower shelf. These are really comfortable and soft, and out of the package they fit great. But with every single wash they keep getting shorter! Literally, I'm only 5' 4" and they now are 3 inches ABOVE my ankle!
