New Fractal Design Define XL R2 case. When system first powered on, there was a clackity, clackity, clack sound. Seems there wasn't enough clearance between the bottom fan and the bottom grill. Not enough to stop the fan, just rubbing somewhere. Quick fix was some washers from my hardware drawer to raise fan slightly; permanent fix was to install this Coolerguys 140mm rubber fan gasket.
