High Performance Cat6, 30 AWG, RJ45 Ethernet Patch Cable provides universal connectivity for LAN network components such as PCs, computer servers, printers, routers, switch boxes, network media players, NAS, VoIP phones, PoE devices, and more. Cat6 performance at a Cat5e price but with higher bandwidth; Future-proof your network for 10-Gigabit Ethernet (backwards compatible with any existing Cat5e cable network); The slim Ethernet cable meets or exceeds Category 6 performance in compliance with the TIA/EIA 568-C.2 standard. A Category 6 Ethernet patch cable is also referred to as a Cat6 network cable, Cat6 cable, Cat6 Ethernet cable, or Cat 6 data/LAN cable. A wired Cat 6 network is more reliable and secure than a wireless network or Cat 5 cable network for your internet connections. The connectors with gold-plated contacts and strain-relief boots provide durability, and ensure a secure connection; Bare copper conductors enhance cable performance and comply with specifications for communications cables. Slim, flexible, and durable Cat6 cable with high bandwidth of up to 550 MHz guarantees high-speed data transfer for server applications, cloud computing, video surveillance, and online high-definition video streaming.

Excellent Value Ethernet Cable

So you recently bought a house with Cat6 cabling. Love it! Bought them to connect our devices that can be connected so we get the best possible connection. These cables get the job done and are great value for a set of 5 cables. I recommend them to anyone who wants to connect their devices to their network.

Pros
  • Excellent Overall Performance
Cons
  • Infinitely Slow

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Useless. That does not work. Do not buy.

6ft works normally. 10 footers almost never work. It will connect and negotiate at gigabit speeds, but if you try to transfer a few GB of data, the transfer will hang, stutter, or fail. Of the 10 cables I bought, I have 2 reliable 6 foot cables and a 10 foot working one. They work just enough to make you wonder what else is wrong. No wonder. Should have known better. The Cat6 specification requires a center separator between twisted pairs and must be at least 26 AWG. This is the wrong size andโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Large range
Cons
  • Crumpled

More quickly! Cheaper. for computer accessories and peripherals

Increases the speed of my LAN when connecting to computers and FireTVs. I've found them to be faster (about 15%) than my other Cat6 purchases and definitely faster (about 80%) than my Cat5s. The thin cable helps the wall outlet amplifier. It's too early to talk about durability.

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • No performance

Best for Ethernet Cables

In the last 3 years I've probably used about 500 or so of these cables at work and for family and friends. The cable never broke. Ideal for POE and NON-POE devices. I've even used some of them on a 10GB network with no problems. The lengths I have used range from 1ft to 25ft and they are all within spec.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • No

I have sets of 1 leg (patch panel), 3 pcs.

I have 1ft (patch panel), 3ft (patch panel and media center), and 5ft (media center) kits. The incredibly clean look you get from these cables makes them worth every penny. I'll probably eventually replace all the wiring I have in my house with it (except for the ones running in the wall).

Pros
  • Positives Only
Cons
  • Some Defects
