Excellent customer support from Cooler Guys

After receiving two wrong products (3 pin fan instead of 4 pin), Cooler Guys contacted me about my purchase. When they found out about my problem, they replaced the fan with the correct item and investigated the problem. I appreciated their quick and friendly response. I would definitely buy from Cooler Guys again. The fan itself works fine and is much quieter than the fan it replaced.

Cons

Just the right size but noisy

Tried to cool my hard drive with active cooling with this fan. However, it was too loud and with a high pitched sound. Although I set it to RPM with PWM on my motherboard. I ended up buying another reputable brand that isn't as loud or big.

Cons
  • Some small things

Extremely Loud (and Harsh)

Very Loud Small Fan. As soon as my case got even a little bit warm, it would accelerate to max and shut down my PSU and other fans in the room. I cut myself on the blade too, but it looks like it's just because I was stupid and tried to move the case as it was spinning, so no need to deduct a star for that or anything. It moves air, but don't use it if you want silence.

Pros
  • Case Fan
Cons
  • Expensive Insurance
