Failed in a very short time.

Well I liked it for the few weeks I've used it. The USB connector that goes into the camera is defective. I've changed cameras once or maybe twice, but the camera I last replaced never charged. I switched to another camera and it never charged either. Looks like the pins on the micro USB port have come loose. Shit because I really liked the concept! Obviously it's not the part that sees a lot of connects/disconnects, so I'm quite surprised it crashed after only a few connects. Unfortunately I…

Outstanding customer support

I purchased two Wasserstein Outdoor Quick Charge 3.0 Weatherproof Power Adapters for my Aro Pro cameras. One of the adapters worked fine and charged the battery as it should. There was no second adapter. Instead, I received a notification on the Arlo Pro camera status page that the source I was using was not suitable for charging the battery and that I needed to purchase an Arlo power adapter. The product failed after a few months and the company offers no warranty or support.

UPDATE April 2, 2018: Apparently this company does not guarantee their products. In response to my query, they gave me Revane's general phone number. Total waste of time!

I wanted to believe this product worked despite the bad reviews. However, 48 hours after turning on my Arlo Pro camera, the adapter completely failed. I get an error message that "load error detected". The instruction was to "disconnect and reconnect the charger from the camera connector side". This involved pulling out a ladder to get to the camera (which I wanted to avoid by purchasing an external charger), removing the camera from the mount, unplugging and plugging the charger back in. Poor quality, possible camera damage, poor customer service

I have bought a total of 5 of these devices. I bought the first 2 in October 2017 because I liked the flat cable on them compared to the thick round cables on Netgear devices. They worked well initially, so I bought 3 more units in December 2017 (with a 50% price increase!). Not what I was hoping for!

I received my order quickly and immediately tried to install the power adapter on one of my Arlo Pro external cameras. It was a little difficult to connect the USB connector to the camera as mentioned by others who have also ordered a similar item. After a few minutes I felt like the cork was in place as much as possible. After I checked the Arlo app to confirm the adapter was working, my camera displayed a message saying I'm using an unverified power adapter and it's not charging properly. The
