Using this product our team found that it did not meet our expectations in terms of functionality AND design... The gloves were not warm enough for cold weather and the fingerless feature left us with freezing fingertips. The color was also not as vibrant as advertised. Since I was very pleased with my Ogio Laptop Back Pack I thought I've give this a try. now I'm stuck with it. I travel for business and spend a lot of time on the road.Plastic "clasp" on the strap inside broke after a few days.The carry handles are VERY uncomfortable, tight and zero padding.Inside dimensions, pockets etc. I carry less now.I switched from Swiss Gear hoping to get better quality and I am left feeling like I paid 2X to get 1/2 the quality. The bags themselves seem to be pretty well made. The fabric is nice and thick, and the stitching is solid.They do have a bit of a funky plastic odor to them, but I'm pretty sure that will wash off. If it doesn't I will update accordingly. I got this suit for my 7 year old daughter on a lightning deal. It was better than I expected! The straps are adjustable and removable so you don’t have to have them criss crossed and it helps with the fit. The fabric is very soft. These sandals are not bad! The padding in the middle is fantastic, but the strap separating the toe was an issue after a while. I'd say about the sixth hour of wearing them did I start to feel discomfort. I give these sandals a 4star for the fact that in this day and age it's hard to find any comfortable shoe😑, but these in my opinion land a little above average. I have very fine hair and was quite disappointed in this product. It was extremely sticky and I couldn't style my hair while drying it for fear of breaking it with the comb or brush. UPDATE:Seller reached out to make good on my return. I was refunded but sent another clip in another color free of charge. The new claw was much easier to maneuver and the color was very natural and matched my hair.
