Not many rainbows

Very nice glass prism. It's very crisp and I really liked the smooth edges and I don't have to worry about cutting myself with it. It worked great for my purposes! But it doesn't refract light nearly as well (doesn't create rainbows) as I would like. But since it worked for my project I still give it 4 stars as it's good quality!

Creativity and Science!

I bought this product to explore more creative photo ideas. The product works as expected. My 4-star rating is based on my own misreading of the dimensions, but this doesn't affect performance. The product delivers what it promises, period. empty. Packaging and delivery were excellent. Give it a try whether your needs are creative or scientific.

No rainbow :(

I bought this as a supplement. The product was well packaged and had no noticeable flaws. My reason for only giving this prism three stars is that it shows no refraction I have tried putting it in natural sunlight. I've tried mounting it on a glossy black surface and on top of a mirror. Still no luck. The ones we used in school 45 years ago ALL featured vivid rainbows, especially in natural sunlight. Although this version makes a good paperweight :)
