One of the two products ordered did not fit.

I ordered a set of two biometric fingerprint readers and only one worked. I have to go through the trouble of returning it and getting another one.

Very very very difficult to find the right software to install!

This product died right after the return period! Buyer Warning! However, this is not the worst. I spent almost 2 hours searching the internet for the right software. Please note that I have purchased multiple devices and have encountered the same issue on more than one computer. The firmware is terrible! It NEVER came out of the box automatically, not even after the instructions! A notice; there were no instructions! And FINALLY - after finding the right software and trying multiple times to…
