They work as advertised, thin and discreet and nicely packaged, 2 per pack. But I prefer Johnson & Johnson pads in part because I don't have to pack individual pairs. But this Dr. Braun is better than Lansinoh pads.

I love Dr. brown. They are very absorbent and work well at night when the leakage gets worse! They are soft and comfortable. I like them better than "Bamboos" because they don't leak. Absolute recommendation for breastfeeding mothers! I always keep a pair in my diaper bag.

I use Dr. I liked their absorbency but didn't care that they could be seen through clothing - whatever I was wearing, I could see the outline of the oval disk through my shirt. And the edges weren't beveled enough to blend in. So I will donate them somewhere else. Have already bought another brand.
