It is what it says it is. I saw other reviews stating theirs arrived dirty and had hair inbeded in it which made me very hesitant to buy. That being said it's hard to find 19mm flanges so I felt like I didn't have the ability to shop around. Ordered these they didn't have that problem and appeared to be clean. I washed them used them and everything is going as expected.

I bought these to help size down the Legendairy Milk silicone collection cups. The write up doesn’t list them as compatible, but I needed to try something. Fortunately, these fit perfectly! Once you insert these into the 24 mm flange from the kit, these fit seamlessly and comfortably. Having a perfect fit also allows for better milk pumping efficiency. They are very comfortable, with no rubbing.

I would only recomend these for Medela Free Style users, basicly if you can remove your flange from the unit that holds the bottle and back flow protector, you wont have any issue cleaning these as you access the insert from the tube end to push it out.I had no issue getting these to fit in my spectra flange, however I cant remove them as the fit is very snug, so now I am left with risking damage to get them out. there is a small portion of the insert that milk can get under and this is the…

This is super useful if you don’t fit into the standard size flanges that come with the pumps. It makes pumping much more comfortable and I got these based on advice from a lactation consultant. Very easy to insert, but a bit harder to remove for cleaning purposes. Get sized properly!

These are perfect for tiny nipples that tend to swell and then elongate when pumping. I tried the Pumping Pal’s small size flanges (the x-small, small, and medium) and they just didn’t work for me (those have me what looked like hickies on my skin!). These fit me and are perfect with my Spectra flanges and I don’t notice less suction. Thank you for making these!

I'm confused by the reviews that say these inserts don't work with the Willow Breast Pump's reusable milk containers. I finally bit the bullet and tried them. The Maymom inserts work perfectly with both the milk bags and the reusable containers for the Willow Generation 3 pump. I pumped the same amount of milk I usually do, had the same degree of comfort, and now I'm not going to have to spend nearly as much money for the milk bags. So it works fine. Doesn't affect suction either way, very easy to clean, have no idea about the price value can't remember price. It's a smidge difficult to get them in all the way and properly, but no biggie. The only complaint I have which is mentioned somewhere is the material. It can make it pretty painful unless you use coconut oil like it suggests. Do NOT try it with lanolin balm. It's great as long as you try it with the oil based from my personal experience.

I have had trouble with pumping pain and swelling with multiple different flanges . A lactation consultant had even "correctly” sized me at a 24mm, yet I was still seeing a lot of puffiness and broken tissue. These inserts allowed me to not only fit correctly , but make pumping painless! I use a motif Luna and put a 21 mm insert in a 24mm flange . If you are hesitant on size , I consider myself to be fairly average and 19 would run a little snug. I am so happy I purchased these !

So these did fit into my momcozy pumps HOWEVER they don’t create a perfect seal to the flange so Milk does get trapped underneath (if ur milk OCD like I am you can really carefully try to get the milk out when u take the parts apart to clean). U really have to press these hard into the flange upon insertion to create a good suction. I am however returning my momcozy so I’ll be retuning these as well

I use these with my Medela and they are great. Comfortable and doesn't change the suction strength. They fit nice and tight in my 21mm flanges

They work well but they are extremely hard to get out of the flange at first then it gets easier but the edges seem to break off little by little. You’ll need to replace sooner than you think.

Quality and fit were exceptional. These flange inserts come in a nice simple case. I used one with my lansinoh manual pump. It fit perfectly with that standard flange. I got these upon the recommendation of an IBCLC lactation consultant who measured my nipples and found that the 24mm flanges that come with the Spectra pump I have were too big for one side. Instead of buying whole new flanges, I bought these inserts and just use one on the side with the smaller nipple. Flange size is so important which is why I was left super confused by the packaging. I was nervous to open it but searched the model number on the manufacturer's website then opened it to see the 19mm on the inserts.I am not pumping yet but want to be prepared when my NICU baby is born. These fit perfectly into my baby buddha flanges. I do recommend lubing the nipple or insert for comfort. Only downside is they are not very clear so you can’t watch the milk comedown but you can see it in the bottle or collector you are hooked up to. Not a huge deal but something to get use to.

I was really hoping these would work. The size of the opening is perfect but they just didn’t work. Maybe it was user error but I had to work really hard to get them to fit correctly in the flange then had to work hard to get them out. Also they made cleaning pump parts a slightly longer process. Suction was ok with these but not as good as without.

I love these, I was getting pain from pumping due to incorrect flange size so I ordered these! Now there is no pain, it’s a total game changer. I wish that I would have bought these sooner.
