I got these upon the recommendation of an IBCLC lactation consultant who measured my nipples and found that the 24mm flanges that come with the Spectra pump I have were too big for one side. Instead of buying whole new flanges, I bought these inserts and just use one on the side with the smaller nipple. This insert feels super comfortable - I often have to check that it’s working because it’s so comfortable! My only complaint is that the material is opaque instead of clear see-through, so it is hard to see the nipple and what’s coming out when looking through. This product was definitely a win for me!
