Great inserts: my feedback

I use these with my Medela and they are great. Comfortable and doesn't change the suction strength. They fit nice and tight in my 21mm flanges

Pros

Offers comfort and support during pumping, even for extended sessions

Cons

May cause milk to back up into the tubing during use
