Very upset! Not like the first one I ordered!

I ordered one a few months ago and it's heavy gauge steel. I ordered 2 more this weekend because I have a family that will be smoking and I wanted one on every open table. The one I got today, which is cheaply made, isn't as strong and is about 1/2 inch shorter by 1 inch. I wanted them to match so I bought 2 more. The quality has gone down from the first one but as I don't have time how about you send me a replacement for the first one I ordered with that at least they all agree!

Pretty decent, a few notes

I bought one for me and my mom because we are tired of the constant ash sticking to our windows. In that sense it works; This will make the cars much cleaner. It's all metal, so there's no problem with it melting like cheaper plastic. It is not "self-extinguishing" as stated on the packaging. I don't really care, but he says he can and he can't. Works very well in the fan shop

So far I like this ashtray. It's big enough to be clicked on while driving without looking, and the butt hole is big enough that I don't have to strain to put it in. The only drawback, which I only gave 4 stars, is that you have to constantly shake the ashtray so that the ash actually falls into it. Shaking will fly some of the ash out, and if you don't shake it, the ash will be all over your car. If they could solve this one small problem it would be easy for a 5 star product. Update I had to…
