The company is flexible and can work with clients to understand their needs. The staff is friendly and easy going! They are always willing to help and go the extra mile. The pay isn't that great. There are other companies out there that can offer better pay. I am not sure what I dislike most about Preferred so far. I would say the customer service is top notch. I recommend Preferred for their flexibility and their willingness to work with their clients to come up with a solution.
We needed someone to cover an acute care facility when needed and Preferred was able to help us find someone quickly. I like that I can see the dates that I have worked, and that I can see when I am needed again. Sometimes it is hard to find certain shifts, and it is hard to see when I am needed for the next shift. I also sometimes have to work more than one shift in a row, which can be hard for the employee. I have liked working with Preferred Healthcare and I have gotten along with everyone I have worked with.
