Like most of the other buyers I had to use wood but that’s not because of the product it’s because of my walls. Very sturdy my 18 year old Son hung from it so it’ll easy hold the 100 lbs (my son weighs 150). As far as durability we’ll see. As of right now it feels like it’ll be here for awhile.

I am hanging only a few pounds on it to hit, it keep moving, you cannot secure the arm. This is because of the loose fitting that even if you turn the knob very tight, it will slip and wiggle back and fore when you hit. I cannot even start to imagine if you hang a 70lbs kicking bag and start punching and kicking it. It is cheaper and I only use a few pounds, I put up with it for now.

The design in the photo looks good. In real life the materials are flimsy. The design is good, but construction is poor. Week spot welds in obvious stress points that should have had continous welds. I am arrived damaged, slightly bent, again adding to the poor effect here. I would not buy this product for a bag over 50 lbs if your going to beat on it.

I'm hanging a 100 lb heavy bag from this hanger and it shakes no matter how hard I tighten it. The hand fasteners loosen after a few uses. I made a hanger out of wood that was a fraction of the cost and much more sturdy that I might switch back too. Unless I'm missing something on how to secure the hanger in position, I would not recommend this hanger.

If I remeber correctly this product is rated for 150lbs (can't check while writing this review). I have a 100lb bag and this is my experience so far. If you're not prepared to anchor this hanger to studs or bolt it to concrete this bag hanger isn't for you. I bolted mine to 2"x4"s and then screwed the 2"x4"s into wall studs. It is secure and I haven't worried about it coming down. The L shape hanger has height adjustment, I have mine maybe a couple notches up and the L shaped hanger is already…

The clips that come with this are kind of cheap looking and we didn’t trust them. Other than that it’s pretty nice. That's my feedback.

Not big enough to hold a real heavy bag unless you like the bag against the wall behind it. Might be good for a kids set up but definitely not for an adult sized heavy bag.

Product does not include anchors for mounting to masonry. You will need to purchase additional parts and their instructions are zero help.

Arrived a day late but well worth the wait. Son has given it one tough beating and so far so good. I installed the mount on drywall in my garage but first installed 2-2x6’s so I wa sable to hit 3 studs. Chains swivel easily and smooth and low noise. Very sturdy. I would definitely recommend purchasing.

Not a bad product. Straight foward install. I would advise that you mount to some 2x6s so it sticks out from the wall a little more. Just wish it was a little further from the wall. Would recommend for simple garage mount!

For the most part it was simple to set up. We're only using them for water bags so not sure how it'll hold up for sand bags. Other than that for the price it's a real good purchase.

It’s ok product the only thing for me is that they false advertising by saying it comes with a chain. I want the chain. The chain may not be strong enough to support heavy bags.

My husband loves this product. He was able to hand his bag without it being in the way of the rest of the porch. He pounds on it daily and it holds.

It is too small to go into the wooden beams in the wall so I had to make a mount out of 2x4s running across the house beams to get it to mount but it works well once there is some adjustment.It is 14" and beams are 16inches apart in most homes.

When tightening screws, one broke. Kinda hard to tell at what point it is over tightened but no biggie as I drilled an extra hole and used a spare screw. Did a mini test hitting an uppercut bag and seems sturdy enough. Not easy to install, but not hard either, however you need to be a handy person. Overall, happy with product. Will update review if it disappoints me.

Well, received the product way faster than expected, kudos.but I purchased the wall mount WITH chain. All i received was the wall mount. I will wait and see if the chain arrives.if it doesnt, i am going to rise hell.

This thing is junk. It lasted a whole 20 minutes of bag work before the arm that holds the bag folded in. Definitely can't withstand any real impact.

I screwed those into to studs, put my heavy bag on it, and took it right off. That's my feedback. I do not trust this product

4/5 because it won't work as intended without a little work.It's a great piece and it is strong. Works great but the mounting bracket isn't wide enough to reach the studs on a standard wall.Buy yourself two, 1"x4" boards and four 1/2"x4" lag screws and mount it to the struts first. About $10 at any hardware store.
