Not sturdy and cheap
I am hanging only a few pounds on it to hit, it keep moving, you cannot secure the arm. This is because of the loose fitting that even if you turn the knob very tight, it will slip and wiggle back and fore when you hit. I cannot even start to imagine if you hang a 70lbs kicking bag and start punching and kicking it. It is cheaper and I only use a few pounds, I put up with it for now.
- Screwed into 2 2x4s mounted on studs in my garage. Very sturdy.
- The mount was to weak to hold up an 80 lbs bag and bent in all directions rendering it unusable.
