Evidently plating subcontractor also plates zipper parts.Has been forever since I last bought bbs, shoot pellets normally. New gun, new needs. So, no point of reference as to whether these are great or just okay. Doubting I received what I paid for though.

These black diamond bb's is the best bb's I've seen and used it's my first time seeing and using them and what it says in the description is exactly what they do, I have an umarex Beretta m9a3 full auto co2 pistol and the accuracy and fps is perfect they are way more better then the copper bb's and the sivler steal bb's although I like the silver steal bb's they are accurate also so if I have no choice but to buy them I definitely will if the black diamond bb's are not in stock that would be my

I bought for my DPMS SBR. People have complained about the BB loader that comes with it. Strangely enough it's the BBC! These coated ones just seem easily load! The regular copper ones simply don't move as smoothly.

These were recommended for my BB gun and I chose them specifically for the color. They are accurate and I have not had any jamming issues. These will be my goto BB of choice.

These are definitly the best BBs out there! They dont rust like the other copper, steal bbs. It's the only bb I will use. Perfect for my use.

These are the absolute best in the industry right now! Their accuracy is outstanding not to mention the velocity. I'm actually getting anywhere from 20-25 fps more with these from the same gun compared to the cheaper copper coated BBs. They are pricey but well worth it! I will exclusively use the from now on!

I have been buying most of the different brand 4.5mm BB’s offered and seeing what works best for which guns. The Hornady Black Diamonds are one of my favorite BB’s by far. The quality, uniformity, performance, and price have been great. In my opinion they are one of the best, if not the best BB on the market right now. The only BB I have found that I like as much as the Black Diamonds are the Daisy Precision Ground which check all the same boxes as the Black Diamonds as well as being priced…

Being a total novice when it comes to BB and pellet guns, I'm basically just following this board and went with the most highly recommended shooter along with the most highly recommended pellets & gas. I am happy to say that everything seems to have turned out excellently!

These are as described, and work well.Shipping caused some issues as top opened allowing product to spill. They are steel, and pick up with a magnet.

If you use a rotary magazine these are the BB's to use. They're very true to size 1.77/45mm and stay lodged in a rotary clips. When using Crosman copper tops two out of 10 BBS would fall out as soon as I turn the clip over as they were smaller than the others. Not so with these guys. I've shot a bunch of Horndy Black Plated BBs and never had one fall out of the rotary magazine yet. Highly recommended.

I have used this brand of BBs for several years. They shoot well out of my Beretta AMX Replica and I find them to be accurate up to 7 yard. That is the good. Now for the bad.The package suggest that it contains 1500 BBs. However. the package I received, although appeared to be full, only contained 1300 BBs. When I received the BBS, I transferred them to test tubes for ease of carry, and loading the magazines. Each test tube holds 40 BBs and I should get 37.5 test tubes. This package only…

I moved away from lead pellets because they are harmful to the environment to be just dumped into trash . IMO they need to be recycled properly.enter Hornady Black Diamond - Theses are very accurate, has some weight to it & this works good for longer shots so they deflect a little - I found it to be accurate enough to replace match grade 177 lead for 10 meter groups.

These are great bbs. They are alot more accurate than the copperheads I been using. These also work alot better for semi auto, the copperheads were imperfect and causes jams. Great BBs

These surely give Daisy Zinc's are run for the money! Upon delivery one of my three containers had a crack luckily bb's weren't everywhere. Still very satisfied.

Not bad. They're BBs so the main criteria are roundness, uniformity, and smoothness of finish. This hits the marks on all those well enough. The reason I deducted a star is that for some reason more than a few of my 14 gun collection don't respond well to these. Accuracy drops noticeably. For the other guns any reduction in accuracy is minimal, certainly not enough to warrant dissuading anyone from purchasing them.

Got a cheap powerline 426 and tried some copperheads in it. From 10' I was getting 6" groups. I blamed the cheap pistol. Then I put these in.Wow. Suddenly I'm getting .5" groups at the same range. I will definitely be buying these again.I didn't realise umarex was part of Hornady, but it shows.

they are uniform. fire well out of my pistol. I like that they are dark colored. they are packaged well. That's my review.

I am not sure why Hornady chose black for a color of their BBs. I knew they were black but it's sometimes difficult to tell if a BB is inserted into the end of a shell because it looks like the empty hold but in actuality has a BB inserted into the shell. I opted to keep the BBs but switched back to the Crossman gold/bronze color BBs for safety-sake.
