The best thing I like about this product is that it gives me access to my work computer from anywhere at any time with no limitations. It's quite easy to use as well, so I don't need much training to get started. I have been using this software since the beginning of my employment and haven't encountered anything that has not worked correctly. Sometimes there are problems where the system freezes but I've never had to call customer service for assistance. This gives us an amazing way to provide customer service without having to be in our office. We can answer questions or solve problems remotely with customers all over the world.
