Great tool for helping remote employees

I like how easy it was to set up my account online - no hardware required! It's also very intuitive once you get used to navigating through their website. The customer service has been great as well; they are always willing to help me out if there's an issue. Sometimes when I'm trying to navigate away from certain pages within the site, sometimes it doesn't redirect back properly which causes issues later down the road. We've found this product extremely useful so far since we have multiple…

  • User friendly interface that is clean looking (easy aesthetically)
  • Intuitive navigation system for use at work or home via ipad etc

  • Not being able click directly onto another page instead redirected by loading other content first

Great Remote Desktop Software: BeyondTrust Remote Support

The best thing about this software is its ability to provide secure remote desktop access to our clients' computers. We are able to remotely access their computer systems and solve problems without having to be physically present at their location. This allows us to save time and money by not having to travel to our client's office. There are some things we dislike about this product. Remote Assistance Software Provider Beyond Trust

We used beyond trust as our IT help desk software provider so we could remotely assist customers without having them come into office physically! The customer service was great too!! They were always very polite even when I had problems myself. Sometimes it would be difficult to get information from their website but they are working hard to improve this problem. It's ok though because you do have options like Google drive etc which makes things easier. There really isn't anything i disliked…
