I like how easy it was to set up my account online - no hardware required! It's also very intuitive once you get used to navigating through their website. The customer service has been great as well; they are always willing to help me out if there's an issue. Sometimes when I'm trying to navigate away from certain pages within the site, sometimes it doesn't redirect back properly which causes issues later down the road. We've found this product extremely useful so far since we have multiple people working remotely who don't live near our office space but still require some sort of assistance occasionally. This allows us to provide them with additional training without having to send someone into town every time something comes along.
