The magnet on this thing is a joke. I tried to put it inside a metal garden stool and it kept falling down. I thought the whole backside was a magnet. It’s not. I think it’s just two small magnets at the top and bottom. The weather resistant part is that it’s covered in a thick plastic. I thought I had to peel it off. The charger won’t fit into a USB port. I wanted some nice binders for my office and to match the overall aesthetic, was looking for leather. In addition, it needed to function as a take-a-long for meetings with a space for business cards, a writing pad, and a pen. I did not like the aesthetic of the traditional leather three ring binders with the padding, and a "padfolio" was not the right solution. This binder perfectly fits what I was wanting. Bought 4 sets hung them outside on the roof. Set the setting I wanted and looked great until. the next night. Even though the product says "The icicle light has a memory function." When you turn it on again, it doesn't remember the previously setting. It goes through each annoying setting. " VERY DISAPPOINTED I don't want to keep these on all day to keep the setting. I bought the H1 f16 series for a projector style assembly due to my passenger side going out. Install was perfect, quality and design of unit is also exceptional. My only problem and disappointment is that mine don't seem to be very bright compared to my previous set. Even the kiddo said something when we went for a quick lil test drive tonight.
