The best thing about this software is its ability to provide secure remote desktop access to our clients' computers. We are able to remotely access their computer systems and solve problems without having to be physically present at their location. This allows us to save time and money by not having to travel to our client's office. There are some things we dislike about this product. For example, sometimes when you click on a link it takes a few seconds to load. Sometimes the connection drops out, but only for a short period of time. It is hard to know if the problem will happen again. If you are looking for a way to have remote access to your computer systems, then this is the perfect program for you. We use this software to help our customers remotely fix their computer issues.
