We used beyond trust as our IT help desk software provider so we could remotely assist customers without having them come into office physically! The customer service was great too!! They were always very polite even when I had problems myself. Sometimes it would be difficult to get information from their website but they are working hard to improve this problem. It's ok though because you do have options like Google drive etc which makes things easier. There really isn't anything i disliked about my experience there. If your looking for an easy way to provide technical assistance then look no further than beyond trust. Their pricing structure seems reasonable compared to some competitors out there who charge more per hour. Our clients loved how simple everything worked with BTS. As long as people know what they're doing they will succeed here. Providing techinical assistance over video conference has never been better thanks to these guys.
