They are very good at what they do, always have an experienced person to speak with as well. Very knowledgeable team! I wish we had them before our launch when emails were not received properly or in time - but now it's no longer a problem. I'm also super impressed by their service during my recent business move from California (the office was closed for 2 weeks of moving). It made things seem so urgent compared to other companies. I like how they offer different services from email marketing to social media management, so it's easy for me as an entrepreneur to choose what service best fits my needs at any given time! It can be difficult to get in touch with them if you're not located near their headquarters (I'm looking at you New York). But overall great customer support team and quick turnaround of orders/projects once we've made contact with our account manager!
