The system is easy to use, simple & straight forward for employees who want recognition but do not have time or resources available from their HR department! I like that it allows me as an employee (sales rep) access my own profile which helps keep track/update records in one place rather than having multiple systems open at once while working remotely around our office hours - just another plus!! There's nothing really bad about this program so far-it works great when you are able to get your team together during normal business day times where they can all be online doing work duties etc..

It does take some coordination if there isn't enough people present though.- however we've had success by getting everyone involved through emailing reminders before meetings begin each week / month depending upon how often these events occur within different departments throughout the organization-.
