I like that it is easy to use for both technical users as well as non-technical people who are looking at their web presence from a marketing perspective. It has been very helpful in tracking our site's performance and giving us insight into what we need to work on moving forward. There isn't much you can do with this software other than track your own sites' metrics. You cannot create custom dashboards or anything of the sort. The customer support team is also not great. They don't seem to be able to help out when something goes wrong. We have noticed an increase in traffic since using observu.
