Great tool especially helpful now days

I liked that it was easy to use, had pretty clear documentation for how everything worked so there wasn't any confusion along with the other features (notifications etc). It's not free which is something we didn’t like since everyone has different needs as far as notifications goes but overall this service seemed fairly great once you got used to using them properly! We were able to get almost all of our email/alerts routed correctly without too much extra work from staff members who may…

Great tool even thought still room exists

The most useful thing is that it shows you all your tickets at once, so I can see where my team's time goes each day as well how many hours are in every week or month for example! It could show more info per ticket like who was assigned to do what when etc but other than this there isn't anything really bad about flapjacks feature set compared with others out therce such things (Zendesk) - just better UI/UX would be great improvement too :) We use flapping jack mostly because we have lots of…

Great solution when paired well along side another software

I like that it's easy to set up, integrates with other systems (such as Slack), has integrations for multiple services/apps including Zapier & Intercom-all of which are useful! It also provides some basic analytics around user activity via graphs or charts but this is not very helpful in itself if you're looking at more detailed data points about their usage patterns over time.- Not much else really - just make sure your team uses one so they can benefit from all its features without having too

This app is very simple to use and offers many features.

This app has all the basic functionalities that most other similar apps offer but it's way better. It's super easy to use and if something goes wrong, it's pretty obvious why. One thing I don't love about it though is that it does not support certain events (e.g. you cannot have an event to occur every minute).
