Best tool available today and will save me hours

I love that our team can use this software across multiple sites at once so we don't have silos of data from one site or another! This is helpful when trying to figure out what's causing performance problems for clients as well - it allows us (and them) see how each client performs in every environment which isn't always possible otherwise. We are able to quickly identify where there might be bottlenecks without having any prior knowledge about servers/servers config etc. The only thing i…

Pros
  • Best resource tracking program around.
  • Easy configuration
  • Low server requirements / setup time, works great with cheap hosts such AWS EC2 instances too.No need special dedicated hardware unless wanted :)
Cons
  • Can become expensive fast due high demand
  • Has limited options regarding self hosted cloud version

Very good and user friendly cloud hosting control panel

I like that it's easy for me as an admin or developer because of its simple interface which makes things very clear at first glance! It can get confusing when you're not used too many different systems but once your familiarised everything works well enough so there isn't much problems in terms of finding out how something should work (or just getting some general feedback). There is definitely room here still though - even after 1 year they are looking into new ways to improve this system…

Pros
  • For me I find this to be a great tool and it's easy to administer and use
Cons
  • I don't have specific things as a con such as I would say it's a great tool and it's easy to administer and use

Very user friendly, easy to learn and navigate

The ease of use is what I like best about this product! It's very intuitive for our team members who are not necessarily tech savvy or trained in computer science but can understand how servers work as well (or better) than some people that have been using computers since they were kids!! Nothing really at first glance - we've only used it so far internally within my organization though there isn't anything specific yet regarding customer feedback/suggestions etc., however from initial testing…

Pros
  • The ease of use and intuitiveness to the product is what I like the best about the product!
Cons
  • At this point I have not had any issues with the product nor any of the features on it, everything seems fine to me!

A lot of flexibility in terms of how to deploy servers - public/private clouds, bare metal, VM instances etc. Nice UI Flexible billing models (either pay per month or pay per server) Cheaper than alternatives Great documentation Support was excellent when I had a problem with my bill. We use the system to monitor the health of multiple VMs running on our private cloud and they are great! It's super easy to get going and it has lots of useful dashboards and graphs. We've even used it to alert us

Pros
  • Ability to manage multiple users across multiple regions/countries with one bill
  • Great UI
  • Ability to add customizations
Cons
  • You don't know what you're paying until you actually create an account.
  • Our main goal is to log data to a single S3 bucket so we could just run queries against that instead of pushing data into BigQuery.
