These resistance loops are "okay", definitely not great. The extra heavy black band is more like a medium band. I bought these for my husband and we took his new set of clubs to a driving range to try them out. I this belt is as advertised. The Italian cow leather is a touch lighter in weight but feels good. It comes with a leather hole punch to shorten if needed. Um, yeah. So this is not what I ordered, or what I THOUGHT I ordered. To my knowledge, this was supposed to be waterproof on the bottom, and have two more layers to it, I think with fleece being the top layer.
