It's a cute kettle with a small profile in my galley kitchen, and I had high hopes for my pour over coffee. But has several significant problems and I will return it as soon as my new kettle arrives. Have had this about a year and love how it heats the water so well. Yhe lod has always been difficult to pull out but i figured it was to keep the water in the keytle and to heat properly. As per the picture, the handle pulled/fell off this evening while I was making water for tea. So disappointing and I've tried to see if it can be fixed but the plastic is completely unfixable. I won't buy another one unless the design has been improved on to where it won't fall apart.

This little kettle was perfect for my classroom. I love being able to brew a hot pot of tea every morning and throughout the day in class. My only complaint is that I dropped the kettle one time and now the little switch that turns the kettle on is broken and I have no idea how to fix it. I have to hold the switch down now every time I want to use it.Overall it's a great product. I just wish it wasn't so fragile.

Kettle is fast and easy to use.The drawbacks I see with this - the amount of water you can add is limited due to the fact if you put too much the water will always spew out. So when making pour over coffee, I'm always finding my 2nd cup of coffee sometimes needs more water heated again as I run out.

I absolutely LOVE this product. I had an item like this in my cart for years and the price was triple but this one is great quality, it heats up quickly, and it has a really nice pour spout. It looks nice and feels nice in my hand. I would buy this over and over again or as a gift.

Update:Despite initially being disappointed with this, I find I use it rather often over my other tea kettle. It looks more pleasing even if it is poorly designed and keeps burning my husband.Prev—The top of the metal gets so hot you have to wait a while in between refills. Also, it has a really bad taste. I love the kettle itself and the ease of use is terrific! It will warm the water very quickly and works fantastic. What is also fabulous, is the customer service! Had a minor issue with my kettle and reached out to customer service and they were incredibly helpful! Great kettle, great people behind it too!

Unlike another I tried, this one is not wobbly when turned off and sitting on the base. It works really well and am very pleased with it.

We travel a lot by car and like making our own coffee in our motel room. This works so well and goes in our "coffee bag" to carry in the room. I love it that you can push a button and the pot shuts off when hot. The other thing the gooseneck is perfect for our pour-over style coffee.

This heats water super quickly, which is exactly what I need in the morning to get that first cup of coffee brewing.It’s good for the price, but it doesn’t have the cool to the touch features that more expensive brands might have. It also leaks a few drops some times when you pour. That may be because I’m overfilling it, though. Either way, be careful when handling. Other than that, it does the job quickly and fairly quietly.

I was a bit hesitant, as I'd never heard of the brand before, and at the price point, I was worried it would be made of low-quality material. But I was very pleasant when it arrived, as it had a pleasant heft to it, clearly decently made of good quality. I've been using it every day for several months now, and it works flawlessly.

The unit works very nicely. The biggest problem for me is that when the unit shuts off the sound is in audible, so you don’t know when the boiling process is done. My previous unit made a very audible click. I think I would prefer a unit with more features.

Found my kettle did not work. To the seller's credit they did help resolve this issue quickly. Thought the original worked well when it did before breaking and customer service responded quickly to resolve.

This isn't the main tea kettle in my house, but the upstairs tea kettle. That sentence alone should tell you how my family feels about tea. It works really well for quickly heating up water to one temperature, which is as fancy as I plan to ever get with my tea, as contentious as that is in some tea-drinking circles. 3 days into using the kettle it randomly decides to overshoot the temp by 5 to 10 degrees and then not allow me to set a new temp until I unplug it and plug it back in. I was concerned from the beginning because this looks used or refurbed. The two buttons look pressed in oddly and don't fit right. When I took the protective cover off the control knob the plastic was very scuffed and scratched up. Clearly it was not brand new.The kettle is fine.
